About the company & role

Emart Exim develops consumer brands including EMBOX (electrical accessories and charging products) and Maxoshine (home-care products). We are hiring a hands-on marketer to help grow direct sales through emboxindia.com, our Shopify website, while strengthening brand visibility beyond marketplaces.

You will execute and optimize campaigns, measure results, coordinate content/website improvements and work with our internal team under the guidance of an experienced part-time digital marketing consultant.

Key responsibilities

· Google & Meta Ads: Set up, monitor and optimize conversion-focused campaigns; manage search terms, audiences, creatives and ad spend; track CTR, CPC, CPA and ROAS.

· Shopify / D2C growth: Improve product-page and landing-page performance, retargeting, cart recovery and overall website conversion; coordinate site updates.

· Analytics & tracking: Use GA4, Google Search Console and platform dashboards; check purchase tracking,



work with technical support where needed, and report weekly results and actions.

· SEO & social content: Conduct keyword/competitor research, improve on-page SEO, coordinate social media content calendars and prepare creative/copy briefs.

· Ownership & teamwork: Execute tasks independently, maintain clear records, coordinate with designers/developers and proactively suggest improvements. Use AI tools where useful.

Essential requirements

· 2–4 years in digital marketing with hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign execution.

· Understanding of online sales, conversion funnels, ROAS/CPA, GA4 and performance reporting.

· Basic SEO, Excel/Google Sheets, clear communication and strong ownership of deadlines.

· Willingness to work full-time from our Kharadi, Pune office.

Preferred experience

Digital marketing agency or D2C brand; Shopify, Google Merchant Center, GTM/Meta Pixel/CAPI, email/WhatsApp campaigns, CRM, SEO/GEO and AI tools. Not all advanced tools are mandatory.
