We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Sales Executive with 3–5 years of experience in handling domestic and international travel packages. The candidate will be responsible for both sales conversion and end-to-end operations management of travel bookings, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound inquiries for domestic & international holiday packages

Design and sell customized travel itineraries based on client requirements

Convert leads into bookings through effective follow-ups and relationship building

Promote B2B and B2C travel services

Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize revenue

Operations Responsibilities:

Manage complete booking lifecycle (hotel, transfers, sightseeing, visas, insurance, etc.)

Coordinate with vendors, DMCs, airlines, and hotels

Ensure accurate and timely confirmations of all travel services

Handle customer queries, modifications, cancellations, and escalations

Maintain proper documentation and booking records





Ensure smooth execution of tours from booking to completion

Key Skills & Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in travel sales and operations (mandatory)

Strong knowledge of international & domestic destinations

Experience in handling DMCs, visa processes, and travel documentation

Excellent communication and client-handling skills

Ability to multitask and manage pressure situations

Positive knowledge of MS Excel, email drafting, and itinerary preparation

Hands-on experience with GDS (Galileo/Amadeus) is an added advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in customized holiday packages (FIT/GIT)

Knowledge of corporate travel and B2B portals

Strong negotiation skills with vendors for better pricing

Ability to upsell add-ons like insurance, visa, activities, etc.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
