Job Responsibilities

- Manage customer information and CRM data.
- Handle customer communication through WhatsApp, SMS, email, and calls.
- Create and manage customer engagement and retention campaigns.
- Follow up with customers and maintain good relationships.
- Analyze customer data and prepare reports.
- Track customer purchases and behavior.
- Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams.
- Help increase repeat orders and customer retention.
- Ensure a great customer experience.

Requirements

- 6 months –1 years of experience in CRM or customer handling.
- Positive communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team.
