About the Role

We are looking for an IT Executive to look after the software and systems used in our company. You will keep our software updated, fix problems when they come up, and help us find and set up new software that makes our work easier.

Key Responsibilities :

Keep all company software updated on time

Check and fix software errors and problems faced by staff

Work with software vendors and support teams to get issues solved quickly

Keep a record of all problems, how they were fixed, and how long it took

Talk to different teams to understand what problems they face in daily work

Research new software that can help the company work faster and better

Compare software options on cost, features and support, and share a clear report with management

Set up and implement new software, and make sure it works well with our current systems

Train staff on how to use new software

Make sure data is backed up and systems are safe





Take care of basic IT needs like computers, printers, internet and user accounts

Requirements:

Graduate in any field (B.Sc IT, BCA, B.Tech or similar preferred)

1 to 3 years of experience in IT support or software handling

Good knowledge of Windows, MS Office / Google Workspace and basic networking

Experience with business software like ERP, accounting software (Tally etc.) or CRM is a plus

Able to find the cause of a problem and fix it step by step

Good communication in Hindi and English

Should be able to explain technical things in simple words to non-technical staff
