ABOUT AIRTEK AUTO EQUIPMENTS

Airtek Auto Equipments is a manufacturer of industrial compressors and automotive equipment, with four integrated manufacturing units, multiple assembly and dispatch lines, and a growing pan-India business.

We are implementing and optimizing a comprehensive Zoho-based business management ecosystem to integrate our Manufacturing, Purchase, Inventory, Sales, Finance, Service, Documentation and Management Reporting functions.

We are looking for an experienced Zoho ERP Functional Consultant who can take ownership of the implementation, configuration, optimization and continuous improvement of our Zoho applications across all business units.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

The candidate will be responsible for understanding our existing business processes, converting them into efficient Zoho workflows, implementing the required applications, integrating different Zoho modules and ensuring seamless adoption across our four manufacturing units.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Zoho ERP Implementation

- Lead the implementation and configuration of Zoho applications across the organization.
- Study existing business processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies and duplication.
- Design standardized workflows across all four manufacturing units.
- Configure Zoho applications according to business requirements.
- Develop a scalable ERP structure suitable for manufacturing operations.
- Coordinate with management, finance, purchase, sales, production, stores and dispatch teams.

2. Zoho Books & Finance

- Configure and optimize Zoho Books.
- Set up Chart of Accounts, ledgers, taxes, GST, invoices, credit notes, debit notes and payment processes.
- Configure customer and vendor accounting workflows.
- Understand Indian GST requirements and accounting processes.
- Configure purchase and sales cycles.
- Integrate Books with Inventory and other Zoho applications.
- Prepare financial and management reports.
- Ensure accurate flow of data between operational and accounting modules.

3. Zoho Inventory

- Configure inventory management for multiple manufacturing locations.
- Set up warehouses, locations, items, item groups and SKUs.
- Configure stock transfers between units.
- Manage purchase orders, goods receipts, sales orders, delivery challans and invoices.
- Implement stock control and inventory tracking.
- Configure reorder levels and stock alerts.
- Develop processes for raw materials, components, finished goods and consumables.
- Ensure accurate real-time inventory visibility across all units.

4. Manufacturing & Production Processes

- Understand manufacturing workflows and translate them into Zoho-based processes.
- Map BOM, raw materials, components, sub-assemblies and finished goods.
- Develop workflows for production planning and material requirements.




- Integrate production, inventory, purchase and dispatch processes.
- Identify opportunities to automate production-related processes using Zoho Creator / Zoho Flow or other suitable Zoho tools.
- Standardize manufacturing processes across all four units.

5. Sales & Order Management

- Configure sales enquiry → quotation → sales order → production/stock allocation → dispatch → invoice workflows.
- Configure customer-specific pricing and discount structures.
- Implement approval workflows for quotations, discounts and sales orders.
- Integrate CRM, Books and Inventory.
- Improve sales order visibility and tracking.

6. Purchase & Vendor Management

- Configure purchase requisition → quotation → purchase order → goods receipt → bill → payment workflow.
- Develop vendor management processes.
- Implement purchase approval workflows.
- Improve purchase planning based on inventory and production requirements.
- Integrate purchasing with inventory and accounts.

7. Zoho CRM

- Configure CRM for lead, enquiry, customer and opportunity management.
- Design sales pipelines suitable for industrial equipment sales.
- Configure follow-ups, tasks, reminders and approval workflows.
- Integrate CRM with Books, Inventory and other applications.
- Develop management dashboards for sales performance.

8. Zoho Creator / Automation

- Identify processes that cannot be handled efficiently using standard Zoho applications.
- Design and implement customized applications using Zoho Creator.
- Develop forms, workflows, approvals and custom modules.
- Automate repetitive manual processes.
- Use Deluge scripting where required.
- Develop integrations between Zoho applications and third-party systems.

9. Zoho Analytics & MIS

- Build management dashboards and reports.
- Create reports covering:
- Sales
- Purchases
- Inventory
- Production
- Outstanding receivables
- Payables
- Gross margins
- Customer performance
- Product performance
- Unit-wise performance
- Salesperson performance
- Provide management with real-time business insights.

10. Documentation & WorkDrive

- Implement a structured digital documentation system using Zoho WorkDrive / Documents.
- Establish folder structures and document access permissions.
- Standardize storage of purchase, sales, technical, HR and operational documents.
- Implement document approval and sharing workflows.

11. Process Standardization

- Study the processes currently followed in different manufacturing units.
- Identify differences and unnecessary manual processes.
- Develop standard operating workflows across all four units.
- Create process documentation, SOPs and user manuals.
- Ensure master data is standardized across the organization.

12. User Training & Support

- Conduct training sessions for users across departments.
- Prepare user guides and SOPs.
- Provide implementation and post-implementation support.
- Troubleshoot functional issues.




- Coordinate with Zoho support/development teams whenever required.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLSEssential

- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Zoho applications / Zoho ERP implementation.
- Solid experience in Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory.
- Experience implementing ERP/business management systems.
- Strong understanding of accounting, inventory and business processes.
- Experience in workflow configuration and automation.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into system workflows.
- Experience working with manufacturing or trading companies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.

Highly Preferred

- Experience with Zoho Creator.
- Knowledge of Deluge scripting.
- Experience with Zoho Flow and API integrations.
- Experience with Zoho Analytics.
- Experience with CRM implementation.
- Experience handling multi-location / multi-warehouse inventory.
- Understanding of Indian GST and accounting processes.
- Experience implementing ERP across multiple departments or manufacturing units.
- Experience integrating third-party applications with Zoho.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

EDUCATION

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, Commerce, Business Administration, IT or related field.
- Additional ERP / Zoho certifications will be an advantage.
