Position: Pricing Manager – Import

Location: Vaishali, Ghaziabad

Experience: 3–5 Years (Freight Forwarding Industry Preferred)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Pricing Manager – Import to manage and develop import pricing strategies, handle overseas coordination, and ensure competitive and profitable pricing across all import trade lanes.

Key Responsibilities:

Obtain and negotiate freight rates from shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents.

Prepare and send competitive quotes to customers within defined timelines.

Analyze market trends, competitor rates, and trade lane performance to optimize pricing.

Coordinate with overseas agents and internal operations team for rate finalization and shipment execution.

Maintain and update rate sheets and pricing databases for quick reference.

Build strong vendor and carrier relationships to secure best possible rates.





Support the sales team with pricing inputs and tailored quotations for customer inquiries.

Ensure pricing accuracy, profitability, and adherence to company policies.

Track and report pricing performance, margins, and conversion ratios.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

3–5 years of experience in import pricing within a freight forwarding or logistics company.

Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Good knowledge of international trade lanes, incoterms, and freight structures.

Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication.

Excellent coordination and time management skills.
