What can you Expect: As a Junior Associate Motion Editor, you will have the chance to work on a variety of projects and various brands contributing your unique perspective and creativity to each endeavor. You will have to manage and guide your juniors as and when required.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Motion

Translate briefs into explicit visual treatments, storyboards, and executable edit plans.

Design and apply motion graphics, transitions, and text animations that enhance storytelling and brand identity

for social media reels, cinephile edits and campaign films.

Perform green screen keying and replacements, execute roto, clean-up, perform 2D/3D tracking stabilization.

B. Collaborative Project Delivery:

Work effectively under tight deadlines and pressure while maintaining high-quality output and attention to

detailed Task Execution.

Maintain an approachable, solution-oriented attitude, becoming a go-to person for video and motion-related

queries.

Collaborate closely with Creative Brand Solutions, Account Management, and Production Team to understand

project requirements and deliver shoots that meet client needs.

C. Technical Proficiency:

Proficiency with layouting and animation in softwares like After Effects. Photoshop, AI with basic skills of editing

in premiere as advantage. 3d (Blender, 3d Max, Maya) )is a bonus.





Stay updated on the latest motion techniques, tools, and trends to enhance animation skills and workflow

efficiency.

Troubleshoot technical issues related to software and hardware, seeking assistance when necessary to ensure

smooth project delivery.

D. Cross-Functional Coordination:

Communicate proactively with stakeholders to clarify requirements, share progress, and incorporate feedback.

E. Time Management:

Ensuring all the projects assigned are met on the given deadline

Qualifications & Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field, demonstrating a commitment to the craft.

● 6 months - 1 year of experience in motion graphics

● Proficiency in industry-standard After Effects, Photoshop/illustrator, AI tools

● Basic knowledge of adobe premiere and 3d software's for color grading is a bonus.

● Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

● Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate edit decisions.

● Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

● Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
