About the Role
WebMartIndia is looking for a Meta ads manager with hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads to manage paid campaigns focused on lead generation and business enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute & manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
- Manage Google Ads, especially Search & lead-generation campaigns
- Handle audience targeting & retargeting
- Monitor budgets, campaign performance & conversions
- Track CPL, CPC, CTR, CPA, Conversion Rate & ROAS
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies & audiences
- Coordinate with the creative team for Reels, videos & ad creatives
- Monitor lead quality and optimize campaigns
- Assist with Meta Pixel, GA4 & Google Tag Manager tracking
- Prepare basic weekly/monthly performance reports
