About the Opportunity

HGIAI is inviting applications for Admissions Partners to help introduce our programs to suitable prospective learners.

The role involves identifying relevant students and learners through your own academic, professional or community network, communicating the official program information and supporting interested candidates through the enrollment process.

This is an independent partner prospect and is suitable for individuals who already have access to students, parents, educational communities, institutions or relevant professional networks.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify suitable prospective learners through your own network and outreach.
- Introduce HGIAI programs to interested candidates.
- Explain the official program details accurately.
- Share information about the curriculum, duration, projects, eligibility and learning format.
- Respond to basic questions from prospective learners.
- Follow up with interested candidates.
- Guide interested candidates through the official enrollment process.
- Maintain professional communication throughout the admission process.
- Ensure that information shared with candidates remains consistent with official HGIAI information.

- Admission attribution and tracking through the dedicated code

The partner is not required to teach, train or deliver the program.

Partner Engagement

This is an independent partner engagement.

Partners are eligible for enrollment-linked remuneration for qualifying admissions attributed through their dedicated enrollment code.

The detailed remuneration structure, admission verification process and applicable terms will be explained to shortlisted/interested candidates before they proceed.

What This Role Does Not Include

- No teaching or course delivery responsibility
- No requirement to collect student fees
- No requirement to manage student payments
- No requirement to provide technical training
- No individual student database provided by HGIAI
- No promotional materials or ads will be provided by HGIAI




- No individual student leads provided by HGIAI

Partners are responsible for identifying and communicating with prospective learners through their own network and outreach.

Enrollment Process

Interested learners complete the official HGIAI enrollment process directly.

Students make payments directly to HGIAI through the official enrollment system.

The partner's dedicated enrollment code is used to attribute eligible admissions to the respective partner.

Enrolled students work on structured practical projects during the program and receive an HGIAI Certificate of Completion upon successful completion.

Current Intake

Admissions Open Until: 31 October 2026

HGIAI operates structured batches on a continuing basis, allowing partners to remain associated with future intakes as well.

Important Information

Partners must communicate program information accurately and must not make claims regarding guaranteed employment, income, placements, government recognition, university accreditation or other benefits that are not officially stated by HGIAI.

All student enrollments and payments are handled through the official HGIAI process.

Pay: From ₹6,000.00 per month
