We are seeking a skilled and experienced South Indian Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in preparing authentic South Indian cuisine and running an efficient commercial kitchen setup.

Position Overview

Job Title: South Indian Chef

Experience Required: 2+ years of skilled experience

Education: Class 12 pass or above

Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and skill)

Benefits: Free accommodation and food provided by the company

Selection Process: Candidates must successfully complete a mandatory food trial.

Key Responsibilities

Authentic Preparation: Prepare and cook high-quality, authentic South Indian dishes including Dosa, Idli, Vada, Sambhar, Chutneys, and regional specialities.

Kitchen Operations: Oversee daily operations of the South Indian kitchen section or outlet. Quality & Consistency: Maintain consistent taste, presentation, and food quality standard across all shifts.





Hygiene & Safety: Clean and sanitize the work area, utensils, and equipment according to food safety guidelines. Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of ingredients specific to South Indian cuisine and reduce wastage

Key Requirements

Cuisine Expertise: Deep, practical knowledge of South Indian culinary techniques, spices, and authentic flavour profiles.

Proven Track Record: Prior experience working specifically in a dedicated South Indian kitchen, restaurant, or fast-food outlet.

Speed & Efficiency: Ability to handle high-volume ticket orders smoothly during peak dining hours.

Teamwork: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work alongside other kitchen staff.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
