Sales Executive – Travel & Tourism

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our travel company. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, understanding travel requirements, preparing and explaining tour packages, and converting enquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Understand customers' travel requirements and suggest suitable tour packages.
- Prepare and share quotations and itineraries with customers.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers and other travel partners when required.
- Maintain customer and booking records.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after booking.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and follow-up goals.

Skills Required:

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp,



Email and MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and skilled behaviour.
- If Previous experience in travel sales, hotel sales, tourism or customer handling will be an advantage.

Experience: 0–2 years
Freshers: Can also apply if they have good communication and sales skills.

Salary: Based on knowladge and experience per month + Incentives / performance-based incentives

Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
