About the Role

FREEFLY HOLIDAYS is looking for enthusiastic Freshers and Interns who want to start their career in the Travel & Tourism industry.

This role is suitable for candidates who are interested in travel sales, customer handling, telecalling, tour packages, and travel operations.

No previous travel industry experience is required. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand customer travel requirements, budget, dates, and preferences.
- Explain domestic and international tour packages.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable holiday packages.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding their inquiries.
- Assist in converting leads into confirmed bookings.
- Assist in preparing customized travel itineraries.
- Learn about hotels, transportation, sightseeing, and destinations.
- Coordinate with the senior team for hotel and transport requirements.
- Maintain customer, lead, quotation, and follow-up records.
- Provide basic customer support before and during the trip.
