Retail Showroom Manager –Watch Store

We are looking for an experienced Retail Showroom Manager to manage our premium watch (HELIOS & TITAN WORLD) showroom. The candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, delivering an exceptional customer experience, achieving sales targets, increasing store traffic, and optimizing overall store profitability.

Additional Incentive reimbursement from TITAN

Candidate having prior experience in a watch store/retail watch industry will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

· Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

· Manage daily showroom operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

· Train and develop team members on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.

· Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans where required.

· Prepare and share team performance reports with the concerned team/management.

· Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Office, especially Excel.

Sales & Customer Service

· Drive sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

· Provide personalized and premium customer service.

· Build and maintain robust relationships with high-end and VIP clients.

· Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

· Stay updated on watch industry trends, products, collections, and new launches.





Inventory & Visual Merchandising

· Manage inventory, stock counts, ordering, and replenishment.

· Ensure the showroom remains clean, organized, and visually appealing.

· Follow brand guidelines for visual merchandising and product displays.

· Coordinate with the corporate team for product launches, promotions, and displays.

Operations & Marketing

· Ensure proper opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and sales reporting.

· Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate team coverage.

· Assist with sales forecasting, budgeting, and other administrative activities.

· Support local marketing campaigns, events, promotions, and VIP customer experiences.

· Assist with social media initiatives to increase brand awareness and store traffic.

Requirements

· Mandatory: Prior experience in a watch store/retail watch industry.

· Strong leadership, communication, sales, and customer service skills.

· Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.

· Preference will be given to local (Mohali & nearby areas) candidates.
