Job description:

Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Call students and remind them about their scheduled sessions.

Request students to join sessions on time.

Follow up with students who miss sessions and help with rescheduling.

Handle student queries through chat and provide timely solutions.

Sat - Sun is working but you can select your week off from Mon - Fri

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English & Hindi.

Comfortable with calls and chat support.

Basic computer knowledge.
