Key Responsibilities

- Research, design, develop, and test new products and technical solutions.
- Analyze existing products and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare technical specifications, drawings, reports, and documentation.
- Conduct product testing, troubleshooting, and performance evaluation.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Service, and other technical teams.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during product development.
- Support prototyping, product modifications, and improvement activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of R&D; projects and test results.
- Stay updated with new technologies, components, and industry developments.

Required Skills

- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.




- Knowledge of product development and testing processes.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings/specifications.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant engineering/software tools.

Qualification

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / relevant engineering field.
- Relevant R&D; or product development experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
