About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Export Intern to support our Export and International Business team. The intern will get hands-on exposure to export operations, international customer coordination, documentation, logistics, and market research.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Export team in managing day-to-day export activities.
- Support preparation and maintenance of export-related documentation.
- Assist with Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Purchase Orders, and shipping documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams, logistics partners, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders.
- Track shipment status and maintain accurate export records.
- Assist in preparing quotations and responding to international customer inquiries.
- Conduct basic research on international markets, customers, competitors, and potential distributors.
- Maintain databases of international customers, leads, and business prospects.
- Support the team in preparing sales reports, MIS, and other export-related reports.
- Assist in ensuring timely follow-up with customers and logistics partners.
- Perform other export and international business-related activities as assigned.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in International Business, Agribusiness, Supply Chain, or related specialization will be an added advantage.

- Strong interest in Export, International Business, Sales, and Logistics.
- Comfortable working with documentation and data.
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
