WE’RE HIRING | Store Sales Executive

- Role: Front Desk Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers professionally at the front desk.

- Handle customer enquiries, calls and WhatsApp queries.

- Explain services, packages, bookings and trial options.

- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into bookings/sales.

- Manage customer registrations, bookings and basic documentation.

- Maintain customer/lead records and update CRM or Excel.

- Coordinate with trainers and the studio team for smooth customer experience.

- Handle customer concerns and provide timely assistance.

- Support membership renewals and repeat business.

- Achieve assigned sales and customer service targets.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confident, presentable and customer-friendly personality.





- Good convincing and sales skills.

- Comfortable with calling and follow-ups.

- Basic knowledge of Excel/CRM.

- Freshers can apply.

- Experience in front desk, sales, hospitality, fitness, retail, beauty, lifestyle or customer-facing roles is a plus.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
