Synovex AI is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associates to join our remote team. This role is suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in sales, lead generation, and client acquisition in the IT & AI industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other platforms.
- Communicate with potential clients and understand their requirements.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with leads.
- Support the team in acquiring new IT & AI projects.
- Maintain lead and client information.

Requirements





- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT services and AI/ML is an advantage.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
