Salary: ₹22,500 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

Indian Electricals is looking for a proactive Purchase Executive to handle day-to-day procurement, vendor coordination, quotation comparison, purchase orders and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Review purchase requirements, stock availability and delivery timelines.
- Obtain and compare vendor quotations.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders with accurate details.
- Track open POs until material receipt and GRN completion.
- Follow up with vendors regarding delays, shortages and wrong supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors, stores, accounts and internal teams.
- Maintain purchase trackers, vendor records, PO files and documentation.
- Update ERP/MIS systems and ensure timely completion of purchase activities.

Requirements





- 1–2 years of experience in purchase or procurement.
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
- Hands-on experience with Purchase Orders and vendor coordination.
- Good understanding of PO, GRN, invoices and basic GST.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong follow-up, coordination and negotiation skills.
- Valuable attention to detail and documentation.
- Experience in trading, distribution or manufacturing is an added advantage.
