Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, proactive, organized, and execution-focused Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate the company’s overall marketing activities across digital marketing, media production, content, branding, product launches, retail marketing, outdoor activities, events, and promotional campaigns.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for converting marketing strategies and business objectives into well-planned and effectively executed marketing activities. The role will involve approximately 70% indoor marketing activities and 30% outdoor activities, including shoots, events, exhibitions, activations, market visits, product launches, sampling programs, and other on-ground promotional activities.

The candidate will work directly with the Founders / Upper Management and will coordinate closely with the Digital Marketing, Creative, Sales, and other internal teams, as well as external agencies, vendors, influencers, photographers, videographers, and production partners.

The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the complete marketing process:

Marketing Idea → Planning → Campaign Brief → Content & Media Production → Execution → Market Activation → Performance Tracking → Reporting

Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Planning & Strategy

- Work directly with the Founders / Upper Management to understand business objectives and convert them into actionable marketing plans.
- Develop and maintain a structured monthly and campaign-wise marketing calendar covering campaigns, content, shoots, product launches, promotions, events, activations, and other marketing activities.
- Develop marketing plans aligned with the company’s brand positioning, products, target audience, sales objectives, and business priorities.
- Prepare clear and detailed campaign briefs covering objectives, target audience, key communication, deliverables, timelines, budget, channels, and expected outcomes.
- Take ownership of day-to-day marketing execution while ensuring that major strategic, financial, and brand-level decisions are taken with appropriate approval from the Founders.

2. End-to-End Media Production

- Manage and coordinate the complete media production process from concept development to final delivery.
- Plan and coordinate photoshoots, video shoots, product shoots, promotional videos, reels, interviews, educational content, and other brand content.
- Develop creative concepts, production briefs, scripts, storyboards, and content requirements.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, editors, graphic designers, influencers, production agencies, and other external partners.
- Ensure all media content is consistent with the company’s brand identity, product positioning, communication guidelines, and marketing objectives.
- Review creative outputs and coordinate revisions to ensure quality and timely completion.
- Ensure proper scheduling and execution of shoots and production activities.
- Maintain an organized content and production calendar.

3. Digital Marketing & Content Coordination

- Coordinate and supervise the Digital Marketer and other marketing resources to ensure timely execution of digital marketing activities and campaigns.
- Coordinate digital campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites, marketplaces, and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate the creation of reels, videos, posts, stories, product creatives, educational content, promotional content, and campaign materials.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketer to monitor campaign performance, engagement, lead generation, reach, conversions, and other relevant metrics.
- Review digital content before publishing to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand requirements.
- Identify relevant social media trends, content opportunities, audience behaviour, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
- Ensure the digital marketing team follows the approved marketing calendar and campaign timelines.

4. Product Launch & Campaign Management

- Coordinate end-to-end product launch activities, from initial planning through final execution.
- Develop launch plans covering digital campaigns, content production, influencer activities, retail communication, promotional materials, sales support, and market activities.
- Coordinate product-related campaigns, promotional campaigns, seasonal campaigns, offers, awareness campaigns, and brand-building initiatives.




- Ensure that all departments receive the required information and marketing materials before a product or campaign launch.
- Coordinate with Sales and other departments to ensure marketing activities support business and sales objectives.
- Monitor campaign execution and identify areas requiring improvement.

5. Sales & Marketing Coordination

- Work closely with the Sales Team to understand market requirements, distributor requirements, retailer requirements, customer feedback, and sales-support needs.
- Collect relevant market feedback from the Sales Team and communicate key observations to the Founders.
- Ensure the Sales Team has updated catalogues, brochures, product creatives, videos, presentations, product information, POSM, and other marketing materials.
- Coordinate marketing activities that directly support sales growth, product visibility, retailer engagement, and customer acquisition.
- Support the Sales Team with promotional materials and campaign communication required for field activities.
- Coordinate marketing support for distributors, retailers, and key customers wherever required.

6. Retail Marketing & POSM

- Coordinate retail marketing activities including:
- POSM
- Product displays
- Retail branding
- Store visibility
- Sampling programs
- Product promotions
- In-store activations
- Promotional materials
- Coordinate with designers, printers, vendors, and Sales Teams to ensure timely availability of retail marketing materials.
- Monitor implementation of approved retail branding and visibility activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and consumer engagement at retail locations.

7. Outdoor Marketing – 30%

The role will involve approximately 30% outdoor marketing activities, including:

- Market visits
- Photoshoots and video shoots
- Events
- Exhibitions
- Product launches
- Brand activations
- Sampling programs
- Retail promotions
- Customer engagement activities
- Influencer activities
- Promotional programs
- Vendor and production coordination

The candidate should be willing to travel as required for marketing activities, shoots, events, market visits, and other business requirements.

8. Influencer & Creator Management

- Identify suitable influencers, content creators, professionals, and brand collaborators relevant to the company’s target audience.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns and creator collaborations.
- Evaluate influencer profiles based on audience relevance, engagement, content quality, brand suitability, and campaign objectives.
- Coordinate deliverables, timelines, content requirements, and campaign execution.
- Monitor the performance and effectiveness of influencer and creator campaigns.

9. Vendor & Agency Management

- Identify, coordinate, and manage external marketing vendors, agencies, photographers, videographers, printers, event agencies, influencers, production partners, and other service providers.
- Obtain and compare quotations from vendors and service providers.
- Coordinate production requirements, timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Maintain professional relationships with external marketing partners.
- Ensure vendor activities remain within approved budgets and requirements.

10. Marketing Budget & Expense Monitoring

- Monitor approved marketing budgets and maintain proper records of:
- Campaign expenses
- Production costs
- Advertising expenses
- Printing costs
- Event expenses
- Influencer costs
- Vendor expenses
- Promotional expenses
- Obtain quotations and compare costs before initiating major marketing activities.
- Coordinate with management and accounts regarding approved marketing expenditure.
- Identify opportunities for cost efficiency without compromising campaign quality.

11. Market & Competitor Analysis

- Conduct regular competitor analysis and market observations.
- Monitor competitor campaigns, product launches, promotional activities, content strategies, retail visibility, and digital presence.
- Observe customer behaviour, market trends, consumer preferences, and emerging opportunities.
- Collect relevant information from Sales Teams, retailers, distributors, customers, and market visits.
- Present important observations and actionable recommendations to the Founders / Upper Management.

12. Brand Management





- Maintain consistency in the company’s brand identity, communication, positioning, and messaging across all marketing channels.
- Ensure marketing materials accurately represent the company’s products, values, positioning, and target audience.
- Coordinate with Creative and Digital teams to maintain consistent brand communication.
- Ensure that all product-related information, claims, benefits, pricing, ingredients, disclaimers, and other approved information are accurately represented in marketing materials.
- Protect the overall quality and consistency of the company’s brand presentation.

13. Marketing Reporting & Performance Analysis

- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports covering:
- Completed activities
- Ongoing activities
- Upcoming activities
- Campaign performance
- Content performance
- Lead generation
- Marketing expenditure
- Outdoor activities
- Vendor activities
- Key market observations
- Competitor observations
- Recommendations
- Track campaign results including brand visibility, engagement, lead generation, customer response, sales support, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Present relevant marketing updates and performance insights to the Founders / Upper Management.

14. Cross-Functional Coordination

- Coordinate with Sales, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Content, Operations, Accounts, and other relevant departments.
- Ensure marketing requirements are clearly communicated and completed within agreed timelines.
- Follow up with internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing activities.
- Maintain clear communication regarding campaign objectives, responsibilities, deadlines, and deliverables.

Required Skills & Competencies

- 1–5 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media Production, Marketing Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end marketing execution.
- Practical knowledge of media production, content creation, and campaign management.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Experience coordinating photoshoots, video shoots, reels, product shoots, and promotional content.
- Strong vendor and agency coordination skills.
- Valuable understanding of retail marketing, POSM, activations, and promotional activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning, coordination, and execution abilities.
- Creative thinking and strong content sense.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of marketing analytics and campaign performance.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar marketing tools will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel for outdoor marketing activities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
