Job Summary

MISS HIGHNESS is looking for an experienced and proactive E-commerce Operations professional to manage daily operations across marketplaces, Shopify, quick-commerce platforms and offline channels.

The role involves managing order processing, inventory planning, warehouse operations, marketplace performance, logistics, returns, customer experience and MIS reporting. The candidate will be responsible for team accountability, operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, profitability and timely issue resolution across all sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. E-commerce Operations & Team Management

- Manage daily operational priorities, deadlines, escalations and follow-ups.
- Assign KRAs, monitor team performance, provide training and ensure backup coverage.
- Drive accountability and timely completion of operational tasks.

2. Order & Inventory Management

- Manage order processing through OMS Guru or similar order management systems.
- Ensure timely dispatch, cancellation control and accurate order fulfilment.
- Maintain SKU mapping, stock accuracy, inventory audits and discrepancy resolution.
- Monitor demand forecasting, replenishment, stock cover and ageing inventory.

3. Warehouse & Logistics Management

- Improve warehouse productivity, packing accuracy, stock handling and consumable availability.
- Monitor courier performance, delivery exceptions, NDR follow-ups and RTO reduction.
- Ensure warehouse security and proper inventory traceability.

4. Marketplace & Quick-Commerce Operations

- Manage seller account health and operational performance across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio and Nykaa.
- Handle Blinkit operations, including warehouse-wise replenishment, purchase orders, shortages and claims.
- Ensure timely resolution of marketplace issues and operational escalations.

5. Catalogue,



Shopify & Product Launches

- Maintain accurate product listings, titles, descriptions, images, attributes and catalogue data.
- Manage Shopify collections, banners, checkout functionality, inventory synchronisation and website updates.
- Coordinate product launches, stock readiness, content, packaging and listing compliance.

6. Pricing, Promotions & Profitability

- Implement approved pricing, discounts and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor cost per order, operational expenses, avoidable losses and channel profitability.
- Ensure campaign readiness and adherence to approved margins.

7. Jewellery Quality Control & Supplier Coordination

- Monitor product quality, plating, stones, finishing, adjustable-ring functionality and authenticity documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers on purchase requirements, production timelines, delivery schedules and defect resolution.
- Ensure quality issues are documented, corrected and prevented from recurring.

8. Returns, Refunds & Customer Experience

- Oversee return inspections, evidence collection, refund processing and loss recovery.
- Manage customer escalations, response times, complaints and ratings.
- Identify root causes of returns and complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Improve customer retention, repeat purchases and relevant cross-selling opportunities.

9. MIS, Reconciliation & Sales Coordination

- Maintain accurate daily, weekly and monthly performance dashboards and reports.
- Track sales, conversion, average order value, SKU performance and channel targets.
- Support finance with marketplace settlements, deductions, claims and reconciliations.




- Prepare three-month performance comparisons and recommend corrective actions.

10. SOPs, Process Improvement & Offline Operations

- Develop SOPs, process controls, access management and operational contingency plans.
- Drive automation, capacity planning and measurable productivity improvements.
- Coordinate stock transfers, fulfilment and operational requirements for retail stores, B2B customers and franchise locations.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Business, Commerce or Operations is preferred.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in e-commerce, retail or D2C operations.
- Experience in team supervision and ownership of multi-channel order and inventory operations.
- Hands-on knowledge of OMS Guru or similar OMS/WMS platforms, Shopify and marketplace seller panels.
- Experience with Blinkit or other quick-commerce platforms is preferred.
- Robust Excel/Google Sheets skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reconciliations and dashboards.
- Understanding of inventory planning, marketplace operations, logistics, returns, margins and operational costs.
- Excellent communication, coordination, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Jewellery, fashion or premium D2C brand experience will be an advantage.

- On-time dispatch and order fulfilment rate.
- Inventory accuracy, stock availability and cancellation rate.
- Reduction in RTO, quality-related returns and avoidable losses.
- Marketplace claim resolution and reconciliation accuracy.
- Customer response time, complaint resolution and customer ratings.
- Warehouse productivity and cost per order.
- Accuracy and timeliness of MIS reports.
- Completion of corrective actions and achievement of operational targets.

Pay: ₹22,700.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
