Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team at Regency Plywood, Navi Mumbai. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and building relationships with key clients like OEMs / Furnitures / Kitchens cabinet manufacturing industry / Architects / Interior Designers .

Positions:
Position 1- Should having good sales experience of selling Plywood to OEMs / Furniture and Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturing Industry.

Position 2- Should have good sales experience of selling Plywood to Retailers in Mumbai.

Position 3- Should have good sales experience of selling MDF to Retailers, Office Furniture Manufacturing, Photo frame and Toys manufacturing companies.

Position 4- Should have good sales experience of selling imported plywood, finger joint board, shuttering plywood to wholesalers pan India.

Responsibilities:

Develop and generate sales and expand customer base.

Build and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects

Negotiate rates with customers

Identify new sales opportunities.

Analyze sales data to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement

Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and complaints





Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services

Act as the company’s representative in the market and gather key marketing information like current demand, new launches.

Participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience preferably in the Plywood / MDF / Laminate / Interior grade industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies

Solid negotiation skills

Willingness to travel as required
