About the role:
We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can take ownership of the brand's social media presence and ensure consistent, engaging, and relevant communication across platforms.

The role involves understanding what content the brand should communicate, why it should be communicated, how it should be executed, and how it performs. The candidate will work closely with creative, content, marketing, and other teams to build and execute the brand's social media and content strategy.

Specifically, this role will involve:

- Take end-to-end ownership of the brand's social media presence and content execution.
- Develop and maintain a transparent social media and content strategy aligned with brand objectives.
- Identify what content should go out, on which platform, in what format, and at what frequency.
- Build and manage monthly/weekly content calendars across social media platforms.
- Plan content across formats including Reels, posts, carousels, stories, videos, educational content, trends, campaigns, and brand communication.
- Work with creative and content teams to brief, coordinate, review, and execute content.
- Ensure that all content is aligned with the brand voice, positioning, guidelines, and target audience.
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, platform changes, and relevant cultural conversations.
- Identify opportunities to leverage trends, viral formats, creators, collaborations,



and relevant conversations for the brand.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, copywriters, creators, and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
- Manage the publishing and scheduling of content across relevant platforms.
- Monitor audience engagement, comments, messages, and overall brand presence.
- Track social media performance and analyze metrics such as reach, engagement, views, followers, shares, saves, and conversions.
- Use performance insights to improve future content strategy and execution.
- Conduct competitor and industry analysis to identify content opportunities and maintain the brand's competitive positioning.
- Ensure consistency in the brand's visual identity, tone of voice, messaging, and overall communication across platforms.

Ideal candidate will have:

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and audience behavior.
- Strong sense of what makes content relevant, engaging, shareable, and brand-appropriate.
- Ability to independently identify what content should be created and why.
- Strong content planning and execution skills.
- Good understanding of brand management and brand positioning.
- Strong creative thinking combined with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to convert ideas and strategies into clear content briefs and executable plans.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and the ability to identify which trends are relevant to the brand.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple content initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to work closely with creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership of execution.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
