We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer with 4–6 years of experience in building construction.

The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating workers and contractors, ensuring quality work, and completing the project as per the planned schedule and budget.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage daily construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Plan daily work and coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients.
- Check the quality of work and ensure proper construction practices are followed.
- Read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Identify and solve technical and site-related problems.
- Prepare material requirements and basic quantity/cost estimates.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed on time.
- Maintain daily site records, measurements, and progress reports.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety at the site.
- Check material quality and ensure materials are available when required.
- Guide and supervise workers and site supervisors.
- Report site progress, issues, and requirements to the Project Manager / Management.




- Attend site meetings and coordinate with the project team.
- Support the team in achieving quality, time, cost, and safety targets.

Qualification & Experience

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in building construction.
- Good knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Experience in handling workers, contractors, and site activities.
- Basic knowledge of quantity estimation and measurements.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good leadership and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
