Job Summary

[24]7.ai is hiring Experienced Candidates for our International Voice Process. We are looking for customer-focused individuals with excellent communication skills who can handle inbound customer calls and provide a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer support calls professionally.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions as per process requirements.
- Adhere to quality, compliance, and productivity standards.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams for issue resolution.

Eligibility Criteria

- 12th Pass / PUC / Graduate can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary Details Permanent Roles (Experienced Candidates)

- 6 Months to 18 Months Experience: ₹24,000 - ₹31,000 Take-Home per Month
- 2+ Years Experience:



₹32,000 - ₹39,000 Take-Home per Month

Contract Roles

- 3-Month Contract Opportunity
- Salary paid during training
