Position: Presales Executive – Client Orders & Designer Coordination

Job Overview

- We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Presales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between our Sales, Presales, and Designer teams, ensuring seamless communication and order execution.
- Your main focus will be accurately capturing client requirements—including alterations and custom modifications—and coordinating with designers to ensure full client satisfaction and on-time order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Order & Requirement Management
- Act as the central point of contact for client order specifications, alterations, customizations, and design changes.
- Review client inputs carefully to ensure all custom requests are accurately documented and clearly understood before execution.
- Draft accurate, well-structured technical queries and instructions for the designer team.
- Cross-Team Coordination & Liaison
- Facilitate effective communication between Sales, Presales, and Designer teams to keep all stakeholders aligned.
- Follow up continuously with designers to clarify order details, resolve queries promptly, and prevent misunderstandings or errors.
- Collaborate across departments to deliver a smooth and high-quality experience for every client.
- Fulfillment & Workflow Management




- Oversee the end-to-end order lifecycle from requirement confirmation through final delivery.
- Track order progress against production timelines, proactively managing and communicating any potential delays or changes.
- Take end-to-end ownership of pending orders, executing timely follow-ups to drive faster order closure.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client specifications, designer responses, order statuses, and outstanding actions.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

Experience

- 1 to 4 years of experience in presales, client servicing, order management, merchandising, fashion/luxury retail, or a relevant coordination role.
- Prior experience dealing with designers, sales teams, or custom/bespoke product orders is strongly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey detailed design instructions clearly.
- Attention to Detail: Sharp analytical eye for capturing precise client specifications and minimizing operational errors.
- Ownership & Drive: Strong follow-up skills, high accountability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Multitasking: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and client orders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and general MS Office applications for record-keeping and workflow tracking.
