Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and improve brand awareness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and provide competitor analysis.
Oversee daily sales operations and execute sales & marketing strategies.
Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to the leadership team.
Plan and manage sales budgets.
Set quarterly and annual sales targets while engaging the sales team to achieve them.
Onboard doctors and ensure timely follow-up for samples and related activities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
