About The Project:

GLS CHANDRAMA is a premium RESIDENTIAL project offering 3, 3.5 and 4.5 bhk large format ultra luxury flats at the most posh location of Central bhubaneswar.

Office location: Kolkata, new town

Job Role & Responsibilities:

· Handling online and offline enquiries via Calling.

· Sharing project details with prospective customers and explaining the product.

· Maintaining and updating all customer data in CRM.

· Convincing customers for site visits.

Skills Required:

· Valuable communication & convincing skills (Oriya (Must), Hindi ,English).

· Must have knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).

Qualification & Experience:

Education:





· Graduation is a must.

· Candidates with English Medium Schooling background or English Honours in Graduation will be given preference.

Experience:

· Freshers are welcome.

· Candidates with 2-3 years of experience in Real Estate industry will be preferred.

· Salary: 12,000/- to 15,000/- + Attractive Incentives
