Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire new Current Account (CA) customers through direct sourcing and market visits.
- Identify and develop business opportunities from SME, traders, merchants and business segments.
- Generate leads through references, field visits, market mapping and existing customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly targets for Current Account, CASA and liability products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business owners.
- Cross-sell relevant banking products such as Savings Account, FD, Insurance, TPP and digital banking solutions.
- Ensure proper documentation, KYC and compliance as per bank guidelines.
- Track sales performance and maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.




- Coordinate with branch and internal teams for smooth account opening and customer onboarding.

Preferred Profile:

- Candidates with experience in Current Account / CASA / Liability Sales / SME Banking / Business Banking.
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to do field sales and customer visits.
- Good knowledge of the local market.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
