Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Student Counsellor – Study Abroad to join our team in Iritty branch. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities, understanding their academic and career goals, and guiding them through the admission process.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a genuine interest in helping students, and the ability to provide accurate and qualified guidance.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding study-abroad opportunities and available programs.
- Understand students' academic background, career goals, preferred destinations, and budget.
- Provide information about universities, colleges, courses, eligibility criteria,



intakes, and admission requirements.
- Guide students through the application and admission process.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Assist students in shortlisting suitable courses and institutions based on their profile.
- Explain the overall overseas education process, including applications, documentation, and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and university representatives when required.
- Maintain accurate student records and update enquiry/application status in the CRM.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads generated through enquiries, campaigns, walk-ins, and other sources.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents and provide timely support throughout the counselling process.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
