Key Responsibilities
A. Human Resource Management
· Recruitment & Staffing: Oversee end-to-end recruitment for technical, managerial, and blue-collar plant staff. Coordinate with manpower contractors for skilled and unskilled labor requirements.
· Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage joining formalities, plant safety orientations, site inductions, and full-and-final exit settlements.
· Attendance & Payroll Support: Monitor biometric daily attendance, shift rosters, overtime (OT), compensatory off balances, and process monthly payroll inputs.
· Performance & Training: Assist in annual performance appraisals and organize mandatory safety, technical, and compliance training programs for plant personnel.
B. Industrial Relations & Statutory Compliance
· Labor Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with local and central labor laws (Factories Act, Contract Labour Act, EPF, ESIC, Minimum Wages Act, Workmen Compensation Act).
· Government Liaisoning: Act as the primary point of contact for local statutory bodies, labor commissioners, factory inspectors, local police, and Vijayawada municipal authorities.
· Contractor Management: Audit contractor compliance (wage registers, PF/ESI deposits, safety gear compliance) for contract laborers deployed at the plant site.
· Grievance Redressal: Manage labor disputes, worker grievances, disciplinary procedures, and foster smooth workplace relations.
C. General Site Administration & Facilities
· Plant Infrastructure & Housekeeping: Oversee plant site canteen facilities, drinking water supply,
sanitation, security systems, and daily office maintenance.
· Guest House & Transport: Manage company guest houses, local commute vehicles, material transport logistics, and accommodation for visiting executive teams.
· Vendor & Asset Management: Negotiate with local vendors for office supplies, AMC services, security personnel, and facility repairs; manage site administrative budgets.
· Security & Access Control: Supervise site security agencies to monitor perimeter security, visitor logs, and gate passes for materials and machinery.

Educational Background
Bachelor's / MBA / Post Graduate Diploma in HR, Personnel Management, or Industrial Relations (IR).
Work Experience
4 to 10 years of combined HR & Admin experience in power plants, heavy manufacturing, processing units, or large industrial plant environments.
Language Skills
Fluency in Telugu (essential for local labor handling and authority liaison) and English (for corporate reporting). Knowledge of Hindi is beneficial.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and hands-on experience with HRMS / Payroll software.
Core Competencies
Solid grasp of local Andhra Pradesh labor regulations, conflict resolution, vendor management, and plant safety standards.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
