Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect / Technical Lead to design, develop, integrate, and deliver enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Architecture, Apex, LWC, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, integrations, APIs, DevOps, and enterprise application architecture.

This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can drive solution design, technical delivery, architecture discussions, and guide Salesforce development teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Architecture & Development

- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Platform.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Ensure Salesforce solutions follow platform best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
- Conduct technical and architecture design reviews.

Technical Delivery & Leadership

- Lead Salesforce technical delivery from design through deployment.
- Participate in architecture workshops and technical discussions.
- Support sprint planning, estimation, development, and technical execution.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
- Support release and deployment activities.




- Mentor Salesforce developers and technical teams.

Integration & Data

- Design integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications.
- Work with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, Platform Events, and event-driven architectures.
- Support Salesforce data migration, transformation, cleansing, and validation.
- Collaborate with integration teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Quality & DevOps

- Establish coding standards, code review processes, and development best practices.
- Support SIT, UAT, production readiness, and defect resolution.
- Ensure adequate test coverage and code quality.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
- Manage version control, branching, environments, and release processes.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce security, governance, and audit requirements.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of Salesforce development and solution architecture experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- SOQL / SOSL
- Salesforce Flow
- Platform Events
- Salesforce APIs
- REST / SOAP Integrations
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Experience Cloud
- Salesforce DevOps / CI/CD




- Solid understanding of Salesforce Enterprise Architecture.
- Experience leading technical teams and architecture discussions.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce Platform Developer I / II certification.
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.
- Experience with Contact Center and Customer Experience (CX) integrations.
- Experience with NICE CXone integrations.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with AI solutions.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
