Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager – Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 6–7 years of experience in Hotel Sales / Hospitality Sales.
- Strong corporate and local market networking is mandatory.
- Good knowledge and established contacts within the Gandhidham / Kutch (Kachchh) corporate market will be highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of the local business, industrial, and corporate market in Gandhidham and Kutch.
- Experience in corporate sales, local sales, business development, and key account management.
- Ability to generate new business and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients.
- Strong skills in client acquisition, lead generation, negotiation, and conversion.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.




- Good knowledge of hotel products, room sales, banquet sales, and corporate contracting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to conduct corporate visits, client meetings, sales calls, and market visits.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic sales reporting/MIS.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Candidates with strong Gandhidham/Kutch corporate connections and local market exposure will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
