*JOB DESCRIPTION – HR EXECUTIVE*

Position: HR Executive

Industry: Real Estate

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Construction and Real Estate is required

Qualification: MBA in HR

*Job Summary*

We are looking for a responsible and people-oriented **HR Executive** to manage day-to-day HR activities, employee coordination, recruitment, attendance, and employee engagement for our real estate organization. He/She should be well versed with Labour Compliances.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Manage end-to-end recruitment.

* Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, and other channels.

* Conduct initial screening and interview coordination.

* Handle employee joining, onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.

* Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.

* Coordinate with management and department heads regarding manpower requirements.

* Support employee engagement activities and address basic employee queries.

* Assist in maintaining HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.

* Prepare regular HR reports related to attendance, recruitment, and employee performance.

* Ensure smooth communication between employees and management.





* Monitor Labour compliances applicable to the Company

* To take care of administrative and other ancillary activities assigned by the management.

*Educational Qualification*

* Any Graduate.

* MBA/PGDM in **Human Resources** will be an added advantage.

*Experience*

* *2–3 years of experience* in HR.

* Experience in the *real estate industry* is preferred.

*Languages Required*

* Telugu – Mandatory

* Hindi – Mandatory

* English – Mandatory

*Required Skills*

* Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good knowledge of recruitment and employee coordination.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.

* Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

* Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

* Positive attitude and ability to work effectively with teams.

*Preferred Candidate*

A candidate who is confident, approachable, organized, and capable of managing HR activities independently in a real estate sales environment.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
