Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Follow up with customers regarding policies, renewals, and related requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details.
- Support customer retention and satisfaction initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree; MBA/PG qualification is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach with strong follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of insurance products is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
