Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled technology professional to deliver high-quality digital solutions for global clients. The role involves to support day-to-day AMS activities by resolving functional issues and assisting business users.

Key Responsibilities

- Resolve functional tickets (L2 support)
- Support modules:
- Item & Foundation
- Inventory & Replenishment
- Pricing & Costing

- Assist in data validation and corrections
- Work with tech team for issue resolution
- Support UAT and small changes
- Interact with business users for issue clarification

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of retail merchandising processes
- Exposure to MFCS screens and flows.

Good to Have

- Basic understanding of SQL (preferred)
