Optometrist Camp / Store

Role:

- Accurately measure visual acuity, near vision, and binocular vision.
- Recommend appropriate corrective lenses based on the refraction test results.
- Provide advice on lens types and frame styles according to the patient’s lifestyle and needs.
- Offer customer wide range of frames and suggest them selecting suitable lens.
- Educate patients on eye health, proper eyewear usage, and lens care.
- Manage portable diagnostic instruments like retinoscopes, autorefractors, trial lenses ensuring they are clean and well-maintained.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns regarding their eye health or eyewear prescriptions.
- Ensure a professional and comforting environment during home visits.

Skills Required:

- Solid knowledge of optometry and refraction techniques.
- Proficiency in handling portable diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients in-home settings.




- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently during visits.
- Attention to detail in prescribing eyewear and managing records.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or degree in Optometry or a related field.
- Certification in refraction techniques.
- Previous experience in conducting eye tests and refractions.

Additional Considerations:

- Willingness to travel within a specific area for home visits.
- Valid driving license and/or access to transportation.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working outside the traditional clinical environment and are skilled at offering personalized, patient-centered eye care in home settings.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
