We are looking for a proactive HR Intern – Staffing & Staff Augmentation to join our team.

Location: Pune / Remote
Employment Type: Internship (6 Months )
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

What You’ll Work On -
Support IT Staffing & Staff Augmentation requirements
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment databases & AI tools
Maintain IT resource/bench databases
Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews & follow-ups
Work with staffing vendors and recruitment partners
Track candidate availability, submissions, selection & joining status
Coordinate with HR, Recruitment, Business Development & Delivery teams
Assist with JD analysis, resume screening & candidate matching
Maintain recruitment, resource and vendor trackers
Support client requirement analysis and staffing operations

Skills We’re Looking For -
Valuable communication & interpersonal skills
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Basic understanding of HR/Recruitment
Interest in IT Recruitment & Staffing




Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Ability to understand technical JDs and basic IT terminology
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Interest in AI-based recruitment tools

Good to Have -
Understanding of IT Staff Augmentation / Contract Staffing
Exposure to vendor management
Knowledge of technologies such as .NET, Java, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, QA, SAP
Excel formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP & Pivot Tables
Familiarity with ATS/CRM, LinkedIn, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
