Position: Catalog/Inventory Executive

Work Location: Marisoft, Kalyani Nagar, Pune

About the role:

We are building & improving content across our inventory portfolio on the website, this role will include quality assurance of information updated on inventories. There are various internal parameters to ensure the data is accurately being updated on a real-time basis across listings.

● Standardizing and maintaining the sanity of various internal parameters across multiple data entry points on the inventories.

● Auditing will include checks on Images, videos, Prices, offers, availability,

● Content description and images Moderation, ensuring quality assurance

● Perform Weekly/daily/monthly quality checks on inventories.

● Create weekly/monthly reports

● Update Pricing / Availability when required either manually or using a third party API (Connect / Disconnect).

● Prioritize work on multiple assignments. Handling audit assignments independently.

● Doing basic research to ensure the data represented in inventories is correct

● Implementing inspection activities,



Maintaining, and monitoring quality assurance activities & processes.

Skills Required:

● Excellent communication (written and oral) skills. Strong command of English language.

● Advanced knowledge of Excel

● Capability to multitask and adhere to deadlines. Can work as part of a team or individually

● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

● Excellent time management skills.

● Quick learner & robust interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate/collaborate with internal stakeholders

● Enthusiastic to work and brings creativity to the table

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Tech, Commerce, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Inventory management, Catalogue management & E-commerce
- Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex, and multi-vertical e-commerce listing platforms.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
