What You’ll Do

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for frontline and field-level positions
- Source candidates through field visits, referrals, local networks, job portals amp; recruitment drives
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Conduct initial screening and interviews
- Coordinate interview rounds, documentation amp; joining formalities
- Drive volume hiring and ensure positions are closed within timelines Build solid local candidate networks and manpower sources
- Track hiring progress and maintain recruitment MIS
- Ensure regular follow-ups to improve candidate joining and reduce dropouts

What We’re Looking For





- 1–4 years of experience in field recruitment / volume hiring / frontline hiring
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with extensive field work and meeting candidates
- Good local sourcing/networking capabilities
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills
- Experience in FMCG, Food, Retail, Logistics, Sales, Manufacturing or similar sectors will be an advantage.
