Job Summary
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience and good communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for handling client communication, responding to queries, supporting digital marketing activities, and assisting with Local SEO and social media management.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients through email, calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and respond to their queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Share regular updates with clients regarding ongoing work and activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Assist with Local SEO activities, including Google Business Profile (GMB) management, local listings, citations, and basic keyword optimization.
- Manage and monitor social media activities using Meta Business Suite.
- Assist with content posting, scheduling, and monitoring social media performance.
- Maintain proper records of client communication, queries, and follow-ups.
- Monitor campaign and digital marketing activities and prepare basic reports.
- Support client engagement and help maintain positive client relationships.
- Stay updated with the latest Digital Marketing, Local SEO, and Social Media trends.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Local SEO and Google Business Profile (GMB).
- Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media platforms.
- Good email drafting and client communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn new Digital Marketing tools and techniques.
