HR Recruitment Executive – Merloam Estates

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR Recruitment Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic and in-person interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Achieve monthly recruitment targets and closure requirements.
- Support employee onboarding and HR operations when required.




- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Ability to identify and evaluate suitable candidates.
- Experience in real estate recruitment will be an advantage.
- Positive negotiation and candidate handling skills.
- Self motivated and target oriented.
- Willingness to handle bulk hiring and sales recruitment.
