About Healing Hands Clinic

We are looking for an energetic and well-connected Healthcare Doctor Relationship Executive to build and manage professional relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals across Ahmedabad and develop a strong doctor referral network for Healing Hands Clinic.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit and develop strong skilled relationships with Physicians, MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, Gastroenterologists, Surgeons, and other speciality doctors across Ahmedabad.
- Introduce doctors to Healing Hands Clinic, its specialized treatment approach, clinical expertise and patient-care model for Piles, Fissure, Fistula and Constipation.
- Clearly communicate how Healing Hands Clinic differs from conventional clinics and hospitals in the diagnosis and treatment of anorectal conditions.
- Develop and establish doctor referral partnerships and referral programs with individual doctors, clinics and hospitals.
- Generate qualified patient referrals through an established network of healthcare professionals.
- Regularly visit referring doctors to maintain relationships, provide updates and strengthen referral partnerships.
- Identify and develop new doctor networks and referral opportunities in assigned areas.
- Organize and coordinate doctor meetings, CME activities, clinical discussions and awareness programs where required.




- Maintain a database of doctors, clinics and referral partners and track referral activity.
- Work closely with the hospital/clinic team to ensure a smooth experience for patients referred by doctors.
- Achieve monthly referral and business targets through effective doctor relationship management.
- Provide regular reports on doctor visits, new partnerships, referrals and market feedback.

Candidate Profile

- 2–6 years of experience in healthcare business development, doctor relationship management, medical sales or a similar role.
- Prior experience as a Medical Representative (MR) with a reputed pharmaceutical company will be an advantage.
- Existing network of doctors in Ahmedabad is highly preferred.
- Solid relationships with MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, Physicians, Gastroenterologists, Surgeons and other specialists will be a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Should be confident and comfortable meeting doctors and healthcare professionals regularly.
- Strong negotiation, networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Good knowledge of Ahmedabad's healthcare/medical ecosystem.




- Willingness to travel extensively across Ahmedabad for doctor visits.

Compensation

Fixed Base Salary + Attractive Performance Incentives

Incentives will be linked to patient referrals generated through doctor relationships, providing strong earning potential for candidates with an established doctor network and proven referral-generation ability.
