Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our team and support software development, product testing, business operations, documentation, and customer coordination activities. This role is suitable for candidates who are willing to learn, take responsibility, and grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and improving web and mobile application features.

Support product testing, bug reporting, and quality checks.

Help with documentation, reports, process notes, and user guides.

Coordinate with internal teams for daily tasks and project updates.

Support customer onboarding, client communication, and basic operational activities.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis when required.

Learn company products, processes, tools, and workflows.

Complete assigned tasks within timelines and maintain quality.

Required Skills

Basic computer knowledge and good internet usage skills.

Good communication and willingness to learn.

Basic understanding of websites, mobile apps, or software platforms.

Good problem-solving attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and ownership of assigned work.

Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, Flutter, or any programming language.





Understanding of digital payments, fintech, SaaS, or school/education platforms is an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, documentation, or Canva.

Interest in software development, product management, business development, or operations.

Eligibility

Fresh graduates from B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, MBA, or related fields.

Candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience can apply.

Final-year students with strong skills may also be considered.

Candidates should have a positive attitude and strong learning mindset.
