We are looking for an experienced SPM Panel Wiring Technician with hands-on experience in electrical panel wiring and machine wiring for Special Purpose Machines (SPM).

Key Responsibilities

- Perform SPM control panel wiring and machine wiring as per electrical drawings.
- Read and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.
- Wire PLC, HMI, VFD, servo drives, contactors, relays, SMPS, MCBs, terminal blocks, and other electrical components.
- Carry out sensor, solenoid valve, proximity sensor, limit switch, and actuator wiring.
- Perform cable routing, dressing, ferruling, crimping, gland fitting, and termination.
- Conduct continuity checks, I/O checking, and electrical testing.
- Troubleshoot wiring and electrical issues during machine assembly and commissioning.
- Coordinate with PLC/Automation Engineers during machine trials and debugging.
- Maintain proper earthing, labeling, and panel finishing.
- Follow electrical safety and wiring standards.

Experience – Mandatory





- Only experienced candidates will be considered.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant hands-on experience in SPM/industrial automation panel wiring.
- Candidates must have practical experience in SPM machine wiring and control panel wiring.
- Freshers and candidates without relevant SPM/industrial wiring experience will not be considered.

Qualification

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, or related field.
