Job Responsibilities

- Operate and handle conventional lathe machines for production work.
- Perform turning, facing, drilling, threading, and other basic machining operations.
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings and measurements.
- Use measuring instruments such as vernier caliper, micrometer, and gauges.
- Set and adjust the machine as per job requirements.
- Check dimensions and quality of components during production.
- Maintain proper machine operation and follow safety procedures.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Coordinate with the production team to achieve daily production targets.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Lathe Operator.
- Basic knowledge of lathe machine operation and tooling.




- Good understanding of measurements and basic calculations.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Knowledge of workshop safety and quality standards.
- Responsible and willing to work in a production workplace.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
