Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Resort Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day resort operations, coordinate departments, manage staff, and ensure excellent guest experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall day-to-day resort operations.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Maintenance, and other departments.
- Supervise and motivate operational teams.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and hospitality.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requirements.
- Monitor occupancy,



bookings, and operational activities.
- Control inventory, supplies, and operational expenses.
- Conduct regular property inspections.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and service standards are maintained.
- Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management.
