About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content for The Healing Wiz across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong graphic design skills along with basic video editing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Create visually appealing designs for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, website, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts aligned with The Healing Wiz’s brand identity and communication.
- Design performance marketing creatives for Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Create social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, thumbnails, and promotional creatives.
- Handle basic video editing for reels, short-form videos, promotional content, and social media.
- Add text, transitions, music, captions, and basic effects to videos.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Content, and Performance Marketing teams.
- Adapt creatives based on campaign performance and marketing requirements.
- Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, typography, layouts, and visual communication.
- Manage multiple creative projects and deliver within deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–5 years of relevant graphic design experience.




- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent tools.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar video editing tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating social media and digital marketing creatives.
- Understanding of digital advertising creative formats and requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred

- Experience in wellness, healthcare, lifestyle, D2C, coaching, or personal development brands.
- Basic understanding of motion graphics and short-form content.
- Portfolio demonstrating both static designs and video content.

Ideal Candidate

A creative, proactive, and execution-focused designer who can independently create high-quality visual content and is comfortable handling both graphic design and basic video editing.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
