About Us: Index Infotech is a premier provider of enterprise solutions, helping businesses optimize operations and achieve growth through innovative ERP solutions. We are looking for an experienced ERP Technical Team Lead to drive technical excellence and lead a talented team in our Cairo office.

Job Summary: The ERP Technical Team Lead will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of Epicor ERP projects, guiding a team of developers, and ensuring seamless project delivery. The role demands hands-on experience in Epicor ERP development, with expertise in BPMs (Business Process Management), BAQs (Business Activity Queries), and comprehensive project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Technical Team: Manage and mentor a team of ERP developers,



fostering a collaborative and high-performance workplace.

- ERP Solution Design and Development: Develop and customize Epicor ERP solutions using BPMs and BAQs to meet business needs.

- Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee ERP projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.

- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Technical Oversight: Provide technical leadership during development, testing, and implementation phases.

- Best Practices and Documentation: Ensure all development work adheres to best practices and is thoroughly documented.

- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain system reliability.

- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest features of Epicor ERP and recommend enhancements to improve system performance and efficiency.

- Training and Support: Provide training and guidance to end-users and junior developers, facilitating knowledge transfer within the team.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Experience: 6-8 years of proven experience in ERP development and implementation, with a significant focus on Epicor ERP.

- Certifications: Epicor ERP certifications or equivalent training would be an advantage.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
