Branofy is hiring a manual QA tester for our web app and Android app, used every day by

travel and real estate businesses across India. Y ou are the last person to check a release

before customers do. Freshers and experienced testers are both welcome.

What you'll do

Test the web app and the Android app before every release.

Re-test each bug after it is fixed, and close it only when it really is.

Write bug reports another person can follow step by step.

Check that the app has the features the web app has. The app usually lags behind.

Install the test build on a real Android phone and use it the way a sales agent would.

What you'll test

Contacts and lead lists: filters, date ranges, imports, bulk actions on thousands of

rows.

WhatsApp: broadcasts to thousands of numbers, message templates, replies reaching

the right inbox.

The shared inbox: unread counts, who a conversation is assigned to.

AI voice calls: recordings, transcripts, and the outcome saved on the lead.

Roles: owner, admin, manager and agent each see a different slice. An agent seeing

another agent's leads is a serious bug.

Separate businesses share one system, so data crossing between them is the most

serious bug we can have.

Billing, agent seats and invitations.

Dashboards: the number on a card must match the list it opens.

What we're looking for

We hire on care and clarity, not years.



If you have tested before, good. If you have not, we

will teach you the product and the process — what we cannot teach is the patience to

check the same screen properly for the tenth time.

An eye for detail. Y ou notice when a number on one screen does not match another,

and you chase it instead of shrugging.

The patience to follow a bug report format every single time: platform and build,

workspace, the role you signed in as, numbered steps, what you expected, what

happened, and a screen recording. We will teach you the format.

Comfortable learning to test the same screen as four different kinds of user.

Written English positive enough to describe a bug clearly to someone who cannot see

your screen.

Comfortable using an Android phone and a laptop side by side all day.

Nice to have — none of this is required

Any testing experience at all, on any product.

A degree or certification in anything. We care what you find in the product.

Reading a browser's network tab, or checking an endpoint with Postman.

Basic SQL.

Experience with WhatsApp Business, a CRM, or a call centre product.

Installing and testing builds from Play Console.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
